MORE than five years after first promised by the State Government, work on a dangerous Loddon intersection started last week. The Y intersection of Bridgewater-Maldon Road and the Wimmera Highway will be changed to a T junction. Regional Roads Victoria says works are “expected to be completed in late May 2023, weather permitting”. A 40kmh speed limit will be in place while the new intersection is constructed.
