The Bureau of Meteorology says there may be isolated moderate flooding along the Loddon River later today.
There is also a minor flood watch for the area as rain continues to fall.
The river was flowing at high levels at Bridgewater this morning
Water is now laying across some roads, particularly southern areas of the Loddon Shire.
Motorists are urged to drive with care.
