Loddon Shire chief executive officer Lincoln Fitzgerald was guest speaker at the latest Kooyoora Women’s Network dinner.

He is pictured with Mary Davidson (left) and Pam King after outlining plans to attract more people to the shire, creating opportunities and making basic services more accessible, affordable housing and jobs.

Mr Fitzgerald expands on his visions for the future and putting the building blocks in place to grow the population and economies of local communities in a special interview with the Loddon Herald this week.

In the interview, he talks about the focus on tourism and economic development.
