LIGHTING and a gate entry motor at Inglewood’snew multi-million ambulance stationhave been damaged by vandals.
Leading Senior Constable Stephen Thomassaid vandals had kicked the motor box to thefront gate between 5pm August 17 and7.30am the next day.
“Whilst at the address the offender or offendershave also damaged and pulled downlights from the front wall of the property andunscrewed the lights from the garden area,”
he said.
“To say police are disappointed by these actionsis an understatement and this senselessbehaviour will not be tolerated, and shouldnot be conducted by anyone in the community.
The damage caused in this incident isestimated to be in the vicinity of $500 to$1000.”
Police investigations continue and SeniorConstable Thomas said anyone with informationabout the “senseless criminal damage”
