A HALLAM truck driver has had his licence suspended after allegedly driving around highway police conducting roadside breath tests at Inglewood.

Goldfields highway patrol’s Sgt Brad Hall said the man, 48, retuned a positive roadside result and was taken to the Inglewood police station where his evidentiary breath test indicated he had a blood alcohol level of 0.19.

Sgt Hall said the man’s licence was immediately suspended and he would appear in the Bendigo Magistrates’ Court at later date.
