Treading the fitness dip
POOLS have been packed for the first week of water aerobics sessions at Inglewood and Wedderburn.

Instructor Karen McCrann-Peters took dozens of people through energised sessions when the weekly sessions got underway.
“We’ve had amazing enthusiasm from people of all ages,” she said.
“Water aerobics offer low impact, full body work out that builds strength, flexibility, balance and improves cardiovascular health

“The sessions last week were at the end of some warm days and that meant people were able to cool off as well.”
The classes are being supportred by Inglewood and District Community Bank.
