Three active CFA brigade generations

Meet the family continuing a tradition

THE end of fire restrictions in the Loddon Shire on Monday has seen Rheola Fire Brigade claim two firsts with three generations of the Soulsby family all qualified and active firefighters. Brigade secretary Zandra Grattan-Lynch said Tony and Charmaine were the first father-daughter combination in the brigade’s history. And with Tony’s father Lindsay also a member, Zandra said she believed the trio was the first to make three generations of current active members.
