Thousands make Rheola an Easter Monday to remember

THOUSANDS of people have streamed through the pioneer memorial gates at Rheola Recreation Reserve for the 152nd charity carnival.

Many arrived early to snap up bargains on the bazaar stalls before woodchop, pony club and tractor pull events started.

More than 100 volunteers made the day possible with president Matt Catto saying the carnival had again been a community and team effort.
