Police are investigating the break-in at Ferguson Motors in Main Street about 3am.

Owner Tim Ferguson said CCTV at his garage had shown thieves using an angle grinder to cut the truck’s ignition.

“You can see the sparks coming from the grinder on on the vision ... they even cut off the blink and headlight stalk and drove off in morning fog with no headlights working,” he said.

The locked truck had been parked outside the garage.
