LONG-TIME Inglewood antique shop Fusspots closed its doors to the public for the last time yesterday after a shock announcement at the weekend.
Catherine and Barry Norman have run the popular store in Brooke Street for the past 18 years. “Although our doors will be closed our online store will continue to operate,” Catherine told customers.
“Some of you have been with us since we first opened our business almost 18 years ago. That’s a long time! Thank you one and all for being part of our story and our life.”
Catherine said business had dropped since a Loddon Shire crackdown on displaying goods on the footpath.
“We’ll concentrate on our online store for a while,” she said.
