REGISTERED nurse Sue Vander Bosch talked about the importance self-love and self-care at last week’s Kooyoora Women’s Network dinner for 16 Days of Activism.
Sue, a nurse for more than 35 years, spoke about her journey including continuous learning and exploration.
She highlighted a dedication to education and empowerment with the mission to foster self-awareness and healing in individuals.
Sue recently returning from India where she completed yoga teacher training, bringing back a myriad of tools and insights for her work in the community.
KWN member Cindy Gould said: “Sue’s journey serves as an inspiration for us all, demonstrating the impact one person can have on the well-being of others.
“Her commitment to holistic health aligns seamlessly with our mission at Kooyoora Women’s Network, and we are immensely grateful for the wisdom she shared.
“Let’s carry the spirit of empowerment forward into the new year, armed with the knowledge and inspiration gained during these 16 Days of Activism.
