ALTERNATIVES to Inglewood’s skate park could be discussed when Loddon Shire Council’s open space review starts later this year.

Council last week confirmed consultations on installation of an outdoor exercise equipment pod at J. Sloans Park had “highlighted a lack of usage of the stake park due to the level of skill required to use the facility.

“Those involved have discussed potential alternatives that service the target demographic, that being older children and teenagers,” council said.

However, council said there was no current plan or project to remove or replace the skate park nor had any funding been allocated
