THIS week we complete the remaining games in round nine after Inglewood successfully negotiated a win against a determined Bears outfit who pushed the Blues until half-time in an interesting game.

The Bridgewater Sharp squad travels up the Loddon Valley Highway to the Macorna Tigers den.
Last week Macorna nearly snagged the win against the Bulldogs and will need to play with that intensity if they want the four points against a top-three side.
Bridgewater will get the points with their experience against the younger Tiger side, which is improving every week.
Newbridge hosts the Pyramid Bulldogs at Riverside Oval. With the Maroons lacking key forwards it’s hard to see them winning against a more settled Dogs outfit, which is chugging along quite nicely.
Marong hosts a confident Mitiamo side after their first win against the Bears a fortnight ago. The Panthers are always a hard side to beat at the Panther Pit, as Bridgewater found out earlier in the season, and should get the four points at Malone Park.
The last game could be the close one of the round as Maiden Gully travels away to Rodeo Park to take on Calivil.
The two clubs have had a close rivalry for many a year, starting in the mid-1990s with grand final appearances against each other.
Calivil need to get off to a quick start to have any chance in this game, but it’s hard to see the Eagles letting this one slip as they need to win to keep their finals’ aspirations alive in 2026.
