Pyramid Hill is celebrating its Scottish history today with an event organised by the town's historical society.

The afternoon in the Memorial Hall will include performances by Scottish musicians and the launch of a book, Scots Whae Hea, on the history of the local caledonian society and pipe band.

A shortbread competition and display by Bridgewater's Jenny Hosking of clan berets is also part of the celebrations
