SOLDIERS’ MEMORIAL Park in Wedderburn will see a new plaque unveiled following Saturday’s service marking the 111th anniversary of Australian and New Zealand troops at Gallipoli in 1915.

The plaque will honour Wedderburn-born Sgt Colin Cameron killed in Malaya in World War Two.

His niece Jayne Burton will be guest speaker at the main Wedderburn service at 11am after a march from the Wedderburn and Korong Vale sub-branch rooms to the park.
