Wedderburn Redbacks' netball coach Meg Lowry has spoken is the secret behind the success of her A and B Grade teams.

The Redbacks finished premiers and champions in North Central this year, both going through the season undefeated.

Meg says the recipe success comes from the players who grew up, took to the court and juniors and continue to enjoy playing together.
