GOULBURN Murray Water has started its biennial customer satisfaction survey.

Customers will be asked views on GMW’s performance, including its delivery against service standards, pricing, customer communication and engagement.

Acting customer and stakeholder general manager Lisa Dudley said the survey provides GMW with valuable feedback on its performance.

“The customer satisfaction survey helps improve our understanding of our customers’ priorities and what areas we need to focus on,” she said.

“The information it provides will also support the development of 2024-28 pricing submission, which we submit to the Essential Services Commission in September 2023.”

A market research agency has been appointed by GMW to conduct 800 phone surveys and 400 online surveys this month.
