DEMAND and confidence was high across the Loddon for good farming property, according to real estate agent Graeme Hayes.
The Kerang-based agent has listed several properties in the Boort district this year.
“There has been an excellent response to the properties when being offered for sale. In the case of a property at Wychitella, it particularly went above expectation,” Mr Hayes.
“Sales this year are certainly giving a fair bit of confidence. Properties are certainly maintaining their value.
