The Victorian Electoral Commission said today it was looking for casual staff for the 2022 Victorian State election.
‘Working at the election is a fantastic way to contribute to democracy in Victoria,’ Deputy Electoral Commissioner, Dana Fleming, said.
‘As long as you are over 18 and an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a current work visa, you could work with us for one day or up to four weeks in a variety of roles,’ Ms Fleming said.
The VEC says election staff develop skills in administration, customer service, and teamwork and enjoy a unique working experience.
