Victoria Police is appealing for public assistance to help locate David Freeman.
In a statement this evening, police said a warrant has been issued for the 41-year-old man’s arrest in relation to theft and driving offences.
Freeman is known to be from the Maryborough area.
He is described as being Caucasian and 176cm tall, with auburn hair and a medium build.
Freeman also has a tattoo on his left hand.
He is known to frequent the Bendigo and Maryborough areas.
Investigators have released an image of Freeman in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
