Clubs from four leagues will take to Mitchell Park - North Central, Heathcote, Central Murray and Loddon Valley.

Big interest will be in the day’s opening match where Pyramid Hill under new coach Jarrod Fitz[patrick will take on North Central’s Charlton.

Football games will consist of three 25-minute terms, with a five minute change of ends.

Organiser Geoff Hickmott said with umpires, time keepers and scorers provided for all games, participating clubs could turn up and put aside the match day organisational tasks.

“For the umpires it is also an ideal opportunity to finalise their season preparations,” he said.

Hickmott said that oOn the netball courts club coaches and co-ordinators had arranged how best to utilise the 90 minutes of available time, with the freedom to arrange match duration and what combination of players they will use.

“There will also be a presence by Netball Victoria umpires who will mentor and provide feedback to any club umpires who are intending on qualifying as graded umpires during the season,” he said.

As part of the community focus, there will again be an opportunity for supporters to receive free skin checks from a skin specialist, and Headspace will also have a promotional stand.

Entry to the day by gold coin donation, with the local fire brigade the beneficiary.
