WHILE we’re in the vicinity of the Inglewood golf course, eagle-eyed local spotted a ride-on mower in a spot of bother after the soaking rains of last week. Seems the grass cutter lost traction and slipped into the drain.

THE crowd was huge at Newbridge on Saturday for the cameo games played by ex-AFL stars. With thousands out at Riverside Oval, one traveller found it ironic that a mobile speed camera was set up on the Wimmera Highway throughout the day.
