TARNAGULLA artist Phil-ippe De Kraan has been named in the global top 10 most influential and valuable artists by Los Angeles Beverly Arts.
De Kraan finished equal seventh in the jury voting with Chinese artist Jiannan Huang named No 1.
Los Angeles Beverly Arts, the Los Angeles International Art Festival, and the Beverly Arts Online Exhibition feature artists from all over the world.
De Kraan is a regular exhibitor at the major art collector US exhibitions and was the only Australian on the top 10 list.
