LODDON swimming pool manager Belgravia Leisure has escaped contract penalties for erratic opening days during the summer season.

A shire council spokesperson on Monday confirmed there had been no penalties applied under the swimming pool contract.

Belgravia was awarded to contract last September but struggled to recruit lifeguards to fill positions at pools in Inglewood, Wedderburn, Pyramid Hill, Boort and Mitiamo.
