Our property is 2 titles, yes one in my dads name and one in mine and my partners. I’m unable to put a small unit on my dads title, because it’s an older one and not 7 star energy rating (the red tape is unbelievable) but I can move it 20m onto our title, because we are building a house and have a building permit.
