New pub hosts

NEW PUB HOSTS Michele and Matt Mizzi have just had their first

week dispensing cheer and welcoming patrons to the Newbridge

Hotel. They had previously owned the Snake Valley Hotel, near

Ballarat and were looking for their next venture when deciding

to head to a river location “and one a few degrees warmer than

Ballarat”. Michele said: “We want to just keep improving the hotel

and make sure it stays community-based, welcoming locals and

tourists.”
