INGLEWOOD Community Bank has two new team members as part of its continued investment in the community.
INGLEWOOD Community Bank has two new team members as part of its continued investment in the community.
Sean Dupe is the customer relations manager, strengthening its commitment to local banking services.
Mr Dupe will be a key point of contact for customers, particularly those seeking home lending support, from first home buyers through to refinancing and investment loans.
“With a strong understanding of the region and the needs of local people, I will work closely with clients through every stage of the lending process, focusing on personalised service, clear communication and practical financial solutions, while supporting the continued growth of the district,” Sean said.
“I enjoy sitting down with people and having a proper chat about what they’re trying to achieve,.
“Whether it’s getting into their first home or sorting out their next step, it’s about finding what works for them.”
Joining him is Neve Nisbet, who works across a range of services including personal loans, insurance, wealth support and new accounts. Living in Wedderburn, she’s no stranger to the community.
“I like being able to help out wherever I can,” Neve said. “In a small town, it’s about knowing your customers and being there when they need a hand.”
Branch manager Michael Prowse said the appointments reflected a commitment to keeping strong, face-to-face banking services in the district.
“We’re proud to have Sean and Neve on board. They both understand how important local service is and what it means to be part of a community like this,” Mr Prowse said.
“We’ve invested in the branch because we’re here for the long haul,” he said. “We want people to know they can rely on having a bank in town.”
