WEDDERBURN mother and son Haley Smith and Jye Lavery-Smith have taken home two high point buckles in the Northern Victorian Quarter Horse Association series.
The association, based at Pyramid Hill conducted its improver ranch show buckle series.
it was contested over three shows and five different categories for horse and rider and was well supported from people and families within the district.
The final show of the series last month was a great show piece of ranch riding.
The association club has a strong band of volunteers who take great pride in the presentation of the grounds and facilities and ensure that people always have a great time when they visit Pyramid Hill.
The horse club has been running for more than 40 years and fostering local people and families to enjoy western riding.

The association will holds its annual medallion show this weekend.
