BARBER Meg Berry has cut time in Bendigo to expand trimming the hair of bloke’s in Bridgewater.

Meg is travelling from her home in Serpentine three days week to be the resident barber at Ergo and Mane.

“I am living on the farm at Serpentine and have fallen in love with the close-knit community spirit of the town, Bridgewater and all the other Loddon communitiesm” she said.

“After spending time working in Bendigo, I realised something was missing ... the conversations.

“So I have trimmed back my days working in Bendigo and instead take a short trip over from Serpentine.”

Meg has tailored her hours too. “I’ve extended into Tuesday evenings so it’s perfect for our busy tradies after work, farmers coming in from the paddock, dads after school pickup, or anyone who simply can’t make it during standard business hours,” she said.

From classic cuts to modern fades, beard trims to school haircuts, Meg says she takes pride in delivering quality barbering with attention to detail every single time.

“For locals, having a talented barber right here in Bridgewater means less time travelling and more time doing what matters,” said the owner of Ergo and Mane Amanda Goodman. “Another reason to back local businesses.”
