‘Maggie’ cooks up award pillars
THE successful introduction of the Maggie Beer aged care nutrition program at Inglewood and Districts Health Services has seen staff honoured.

Monday’s annual meeting, where the program’s Michael Nam was guest speaker, included the presentation of new staff pillar awards.

Our Team Award – Lisa Larosa: Lisa may be new to IDHS, but she has quickly become indispensable. As a dietitian, Lisa has played a vital role in implementing the Maggie Beer Project, supporting both kitchen and clinical staff.
Our Sustainability Award – Amy Hall: Amy leads the kitchen services with excellence and vision. She has been instrumental in the Maggie Beer program, driving high standards in food delivery and ensuring compliance across services.
Our Partnerships Award – Mary Sebti: Mary, the mental health social worker, has built remarkable partnerships across the community, especially with Wedderburn College.
All Pillars Award – Julie Luks: Julie has been recognised more than anyone this year in Tier reports for consistently going above and beyond.
