INGLEWOOD’S monthly Saturday street market is set to return after two years.
The Lions Club will revive its traditional market at a new location.
Co-ordinator Eddie Sydor said stalls would switch from lining Brooke Street to the lawns around Inglewood Town Hall.
COVID put an end to the regular markets and Eddie said club members had since looked for a new and safer location to better suit stallholders and customers.
“The area at the town hall is ideal for people to leisurely wander around stalls and then head into Brooke Street for snacks and refreshments,” he said.
“We are now looking for stallholders from across the region to help make a successful return of the monthly market.”
