A LEARNER driver, 19 has had her car impounded and charged by police after allegedly driving the Kingower-Logan Road, Wehla, at 164kmh on Monday.

Loddon police said the Kangaroo Flat woman was the only occupant in the vehicle and evaded police on Monday.

She was arrested in Kangaroo Flat on Tuesday and charged with multiple driving offences.
