THE UPPER Loddon Cricket Association flag race has been thrown wide open in a weekend of COVID-affected sport.

Bridgewater comfortably accounted for a severely depleted early flag favourites Arnold in the seniors today with openers Tom McKinley and Pat Murphy both not out and scoring centures.

Boort-Yando was forced to forfeit its match against Kingower.

Both Arnold and Boort-Yando have been affected by COVID.

Loddon Valley Tennis Association has taken an unscheduled two-week break as a COVID precaution and not all Marong association matches were able to proceed.
