A L,ODDON SHIRE industrial land strategy is expected to be completed by December.
The shire’s strategic planner Carolyn Stephenson has told councillors that a modified brief had been prepared for the project after council had been unable to secure a consultant “with capacity to respond to the original brief”.
She said the modified brief had some elements of the strategy being undertaken in-house. A consultant was preparing a quote for elements of the project that required external expertise.
An updated flood control planning scheme amendment is also expected to be completed by December.
