The Murray Valley Highway is now open between Cohuna and Kerang, the Department of Transport said this afternoon.
The department says a speed reduction is in place and traffic lights are operating at Lyons Road where the highway is reduced to one lane.
Motorists are asked to take extra care when travelling in areas affected by flooding, to obey speed reductions and road closure signs, and to never drive through floodwater.
Although many roads have re-opened following the recent floods, works are continuing across the state with roadworkers out in force rebuilding, repairing and resurfacing roads to keep drivers connected these holidays.
