Guest speakers announced

Mr Trevor Carroll (Boort and Pyramid Hill celebrations). Mr Carroll is the Chief

Executive Officer of Disability Justice Advocacy, where he works with people with

multiple disabilities who use mobility aids, or who cannot read or write, to protect their

human rights.

 Ms Sally Tucker (Bridgewater and Inglewood celebrations). Ms Tucker is a Sports

Industry Expert and is a current board member of the Stawell Gift. She is actively

involved in junior football and consults to a number of privately run businesses across

Australia on their sales and marketing strategies.

 Dr Nouria Saheli AM (Eddington, Newbridge and Tarnagulla celebrations). Dr Saheli

is founder of the Afghan Australian Development Association and has spent many

years as a passionate advocate for women’s rights and provision of education in

Afghanistan.

 Professor Greg Sassella (Serpentine and Wedderburn). Professor Sassella (pictured) is former

Chief Executive Officer of Ambulance Victoria, and served as a paramedic for many years prior to becoming an intensive care flight paramedic.
