The Pies made the most of the wind and held a 24-point lead at the first break and was still two ahead at half-time and then back out to 11 at the final break.

But the Redbacks turned the margin around with a five-goal final term to take victory by 11 points with veteran Danny Benaim returning from injury and kicking four goals.
