VICTORIA’S 2022 fox bounty scheme has started with collection centres across central and northern Victoria open from this week.
Agriculture Victoria Biosecurity Manager Jason Wishart said eligible participants had to submit entire fox scalps for a $10 reward and entire wild dog body parts for a $120 reward on scheduled collection days at Bendigo, Swan Hill and St Arnaud.
More than 940,000 fox scalps and 4200 wild dogs have been collected in Victoria since the bounty started in 2011.
