Two farm properties in the Loddon have been listed for sale.

Drew Stratton of McKean McGregor has listed the properties at Bridgewater and Yarraberg.

Expressions of interest close on August 24 for Lots 1 & 2 Bridgewater-Raywood Road,

Bridgewater.

According to Drew, features of the holding include:

• Mix of brown and red loam soils

• 133 megs Loddon HR water

(available separately)

• Approx 50% laid out for irrigation

• Currently in crop to canola

(crop not included)

• 50HP electric irrigation pump

• Bitumen frontage

Expressions of interest for Lot 1 Bridgewater-Raywood Road Yarraberb close on September 7.

Drew says that features include:

Two bitumen road frontages

• Under 30 min to Bendigo’s CBD & 10 min to

Bridgewater

• Currently in crop (lease expires Feb 2023)

• 3-bay shed (18 x 6m) and old shearing shed

• Stock & domestic bore to tank and 5 dams

• Electricity available on northern end
