Explorer holds out hope of agreement
FALCON Metals still wants an amicable solution in its standoff with landowners over its bid to explore mineral sand deposits at Mysia.

FALCON Metals still wants an amicable solution in its standoff with landowners over its bid to explore mineral sand deposits at Mysia.
The explorer said in its report this week to the ASX that it continues to assess “options to achieve an amicable solution with the landowners at Farrelly in order to undertake the next phase of low impact exploration”.
Falcon discovered the high-grade Farrelly mineral sands deposit two years ago that it says shows favourable mineralogical and processing characteristics.
Meanwhile, the company says it is now waiting on test results from drilling for gold deposit samples in the Pyramid Hill area.
“In mid-January 2026, an aircore drilling program commenced at priority targets under Murray Basin cover, including infill and reconnaissance drilling at the Loddon Vale Target and the first systematic reconnaissance drilling north of Raywood,” Falcon said.
The company said it was well-funded with cash balance at the end of the quarter of $15.4 million.
Falcon also has exploration across other parts of the Bendigo region and in Western Australia.
