EIGHT candidates are believed to make up the final field to contest Mallee in the May 21 federal election with the One Nation candidate's name revealed.

The ballot order was conducted today but the Australian Electoral Office has refused to provide details, only saying it will be listed on the AEC "later this evening".

However, according to a social media post by Greens candidate Sam McColl this ballot order will be:

WEBSTER, Anne - NAT

BALDWIN, Sophie - IND

HAENEL, Claudia - IND

LAHY, Chris - ACP

HART, Carole - ALP

McCOLL, Sam - GRN

KING, Stuart William - UAP

ATKINSON, Vanessa - PHON
