No football, netball or hockey is being played in the league with hockey clubs involved in the junior country championships.

The bye has come at a good time for Wedderburn footballers, who have had a spate of early season injuries.

The league has two more general byes in the next six weeks before the second half of the season gives a clear run towards the finals in late August.
