CONNECTIONS and engagement have been legacies of the Shrine of Remembrance touring exhibition Changed Forever that ended its Pyramid Hill showing at the weekend.
Town progress association president Andre Bewicke paid tribute to event co-ordinator Kirsty Orr for her work in bringing the exhibition to the memorial hall.
“Kirsty was the heart and soul locally and without her, the exhibition literally would not have happened,” Andre said.
Final events included a creative craft workshop presented by migrant and refugee women now living in Bendigo and a men’s breakfast at the weekend.
Kirsty said the impact of the exhibition during its four-week showing was seen with connections made by people to the
photographs and words that formed the touring display.
