WEDDERBURN Band Cricket Club juniors held their end-of-season barbecue on Sunday.
Trai Clarke took most wickets for the season with 12 and Edwin Sellick with 75 runs was the highest aggregate scorer.
Coach Bob Steel said that while there were no wins on the board, the desire of players to be involved each Saturday was commendable.
President Ian Gould addressed the gathering and spoke of the changes and futures hopes of the club and its surrounds. The addition of new practice nets and a desire to enlarge the sprinkler system on the oval were key projects.
Gould also thanked parents for their support throughout the season.
