THE Coach House Gallery will be transformed into Santa’s Cave for tonight's Christmas on High celebrations in Wedderburn.
The town’s community house says the event will centre on Jacka Park and start at the earlier time of 4pm.
“This year it is promising to be bigger and better than ever. With an earlier staring time of 4pm, there will be live music, performances and community Christmas carols and free activities for kids of all ages in soldiers’ memorial park,” said co-ordinator Marg Van Veen.
She said Christmas on High was also an event where people could get an early start to Christmas shopping at the market stalls in Jacka Park, or pop in to the food court featuring the Flavours of Loddon food trucks and the Wedderburn Lion’s Club barbecue.
“A visit Santa’s Cave at the Coach House Gallery is also a must on the night,” she said.
“The event would not be complete without an appearance from the man in the red suit who is scheduled to fly in for a quick visit from the North Pole at around 6:30pm.”
Winners of the best shop window, best decorated house and the Rejoov pamper pack will be announced.
“Get into the Christmas spirit and bring your family and friends along, it will be a fun filled event with something for everyone,” she said.
