CHELSEA Hicks has been recognised as the top final year Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery student at La Trobe Univeristy Bendigo.
She was awarded the Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation award for 2023 last month. Chelsea, from Calivil, has been studying nursing and midwifery at La Trobe.
The former Loddon Shire Young Citizen of the Year is continuing her career at Echuca Health this year.
