Bridgewater Caravan Park is among Loddon Shire facilities being assessed for a damage audit following last week's floods.

The park is currently closed and no re-opening date has been set, although the shire says the park would be a priority.

The caravan Park is not taking any bookings at this time, visitors have been told.

"If you have an existing booking in the future we will make contact with you as soon as possible. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience during this natural disaster," park management said.

The caravan park was rebuilt after the 2011 floods with damaged believed to not be as extensive this month.
