BUSINESS FEATURE: PATTERNS OF LIFE IN THE COMMUNITY
JUDE Hannah, born into the farming community outside Wedderburn, has spent much of her career working at the intersection of people, place and leadership.

Her experience spans from working with an international architectural firm in Los Angeles, contributing to large-scale developments such as Downtown Las Vegas, Aerotropolis Ekurhuleni in South Africa, and Dubai Festival City, through to community development and leadership facilitation in regional Victoria.
Her work has taken her from international design environments back to regional communities, where she has supported people to strengthen connection, resilience and local capacity.
Most notably, she was the creator of the Shepparton “Merry Moos,” which went on to become the highly successful tourism and arts trail, Mooving Art.
After returning from the United States, Jude also spent time building a small regional business with her partner, an experience that further deepened her understanding of local economies and community life.
Over seven years as Program Director of LEAD Loddon Murray, Jude worked across ten local government areas, designing and delivering leadership programs that brought together individuals from diverse sectors.
Her approach focused not just on skill development, but on helping people understand themselves, their values, and how they show up in their communities.
Alongside her professional work, Jude has developed a strong interest in the deeper patterns that influence behaviour, decision-making and wellbeing.
This led her to train in hypnotherapy, including Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), which works with the subconscious mind to address underlying beliefs and patterns.
Today, through her practice THREADz, Jude brings these areas of experience together.
Her work spans one-on-one sessions, leadership and team development, and place-based community projects.
Whether working with individuals, organisations or communities, her focus remains consistent to create spaces where people can gain insight, shift unhelpful patterns, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Jude’s work reflects a belief that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged, and when practical tools are combined with deeper self-awareness.
Rather than focusing on quick fixes, she works alongside people to create lasting change that is relevant to their own context.
Based in the Loddon Shire, Jude continues to work locally while also maintaining connections to broader networks.
Her work through THREADz is grounded, practical and people-centred, with an emphasis on strengthening both individuals and the communities they are part of.
