PYRAMID Hill will have another crack at Marong in the 2023 Loddon Valley league football grand final.
The Bulldogs tore away from Bears Lagoon Serpentine in the final quarter of today's preliminary final at Calivil to win by 52 points.
Always ahead on the scoreboard, the Bulldogs had grit and edge without totally shaking off Serpentine for three quarters.
It was their defenders - McGregor, James and Hetherington - had continually stymied forward incursions from the Bears.
The Bulldogs side, although without Harding Medalist Dylan Collis, bolstered by return of Sidebottom in the ruck and Bailey George.
Up forward the Bulldogs were often off target for the day.
Pyramid Hill will meet Marong in the grand final at Inglewood.
