The Bridgewater-Serpentine road has been re-opened.

The Loddon Herald understands Loddon Shire and Regional Roads Victoria crews spent several days repairing potholes and removing heavily buckled strips of bitumen.

Local residents said the road was re-opened on Friday evening.

Road closures between Bridgewater, Inglewood and Serpentine have been lifted.
